Each piece of it answers a specific question or removes a specific inconvenience: a 3D scan that shows exactly where an implant should be placed before we begin, a laser that eliminates bacteria without a blade, a remineralizing treatment that can arrest a small cavity without drilling, and a milling unit that finishes a crown while you wait.
The result is dentistry that is more precise, more predictable, and far less disruptive to your week. Most of what used to take three appointments now takes one.

Cone beam CT
3D planning before we begin
A CT scan shows bone volume, nerve position and sinus anatomy in three dimensions. Implants are planned against that scan rather than estimated, and it catches infections and fractures a flat X-ray misses entirely.
Laser therapy
Bacteria eliminated without a blade
The laser sterilizes infected gum pockets and treats tissue with no incision and no sutures. Less bleeding, less swelling, and a considerably easier recovery than the surgical alternative.
Curodont
Small cavities, no drilling
Caught early enough, a cavity can be rebuilt instead of cut out. Curodont guides new mineral into the damaged enamel, so an early lesion is treated with no drill, no anesthetic, and no filling to replace later.
Digital scanner
No more impression material
A handheld camera captures your teeth in a few minutes — no tray of putty, no gagging, no waiting for it to set. The digital model is more accurate than any impression, and that accuracy carries through every crown, bridge, implant and aligner we make from it.

The scan on screen becomes a physical object in our own lab: surgical guides that place an implant exactly where it was planned, temporaries, and night guards. Printing here rather than sending the file out means days saved and adjustments made the same afternoon.

A cleaning that feels different
Warm water, air and a fine powder lift plaque and bacterial biofilm off the tooth and out of the gum pocket. No scraping and no grinding paste — patients consistently describe it as the most comfortable cleaning they have had, and it reaches areas hand instruments cannot.

Crowns in a single visit
Your crown is designed on screen and milled from solid ceramic in about fifteen minutes. One appointment, no temporary crown, and no second round of anesthetic two weeks later.
The rooms
Windows, not fluorescent boxes
Every treatment room looks out onto trees and garden through floor-to-ceiling windows. You are reclined facing daylight rather than a ceiling tile, which does more for nervous patients than anything we could say to them.

Each room has a chairside monitor, so you can see your own X-rays and scans while we talk through what we are looking at.

Dr. Craig Fisk is certified in Georgia to administer intravenous sedation, so anxious patients and longer procedures can be handled comfortably in our own office. Our CEREC crowns are designed, milled and placed in a single visit, and we have cared for Lawrenceville families since 1994.
